We prefer to use this as a last resort as it is the most time consuming due to having to backup all of the files on the system first.

To give you a rough idea my rates are based on $15 per hour with a 2 hour minumum charge within the local area.

An average virus or registry clean is between 2 to 4 hours.

An average format is 3 hours if you backup your own files, 5 hours if you do not.

There is no charge if your issue can be fixed via email or phone or in the case that I am not able to fix the problem!
